What is 'MEAD"?

A very good question today but centuries ago you would not have had to ask. Mead is the oldest alcoholic beverage known to man. A natural fermentation made from simple honey, water and yeast, it has been dated as far back as 7000 BC.

A tasty metheglin that embodies the best mulling spices, this mead is one to enjoy by the fireside and will keep you warm no matter what the weather. The winner of our naming contest is Erin Hussey.
