  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup bee pollen (optional)
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Chinook Honey
  • ½ cup oat bran
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup skim milk powder

Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together then add peanut butter and honey, mixing well.
  2. Press mixture into pan. Chill and cut into bars. Store in fridge or freezer.
  3. *Note: Bee pollen is a great nutrient supplement and has 20-25% protein and all the vitamins.
