  • 6 tbsp. honey
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp. dried sage
  • 8 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh
Glaze:
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions
  1. Marinade: In bowl, whisk together olive oil, 6 tbsp (75ml) of the honey, lemon juice and ground sage. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  2. Glaze: In separate bowl whisk together ½ cup (125 ml) honey, lemon juice and tabasco sauce. Cover and set aside until cooking time.
  3. Place chicken on greased grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Glaze chicken several times on both sides until chicken is browned and no longer pink, about 12-15 minutes.
