  • 2-3 cups of your favourite green salad
  • 1 pear fresh, but not too ripe
  • Sprinkle of kosher salt and black pepper
  • Drizzle of Chinook Honey flavour of your choice
  • Goat cheese, as desired
  • Roasted nuts, such as walnuts, as desired

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C). Slice pear in half. Core with a melon baller. Halve each half to make quarters, then slice each quarter a few times to make a fan.
  2. Place the pear slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with honey and roast in the oven until honey is caramellike.
  3. Put greens in a bowl and sprinkle goat cheese and nuts onto the salads. Top with pear slices. Dress with a light vinaigrette.
