Raspberry Honey - This raspberry varietal honey is from the lower mainland of BC where fields of raspberries grow in abundance. It has a soft, medium sweet taste, unlike the actual berry. Both fruity yet full, it almost tastes like cotton candy. Its rich flavour is best highlighted in a way that brings it to the fore such as a dessert topping or basting chicken. Sinfully good, I love eating it by the spoonful.
