🍷Berry Mead Frosee
1 Black & Blue Mead (750ml) any melomel mead works very well
3 C Frozen mixed berries
1/4C Liquid honey
Fresh mint for garnish
Fresh or frozen berries for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Then add in frozen fruit and continue to blend till smooth
Pour mixture into ice cube trays and freeze ( cubes will have a soft freeze)
Place desired amount of frozen cubes in a blender and blend. Use additional mead to thin if required
Serve immediately garnished with berries and mint
